Off-the-shelf SaaS fits nobody exactly, and custom dev shops quote big numbers and long timelines. Agent-built software broke that trade-off.

The usual way

Choose between renting five SaaS tools that almost fit, or commissioning a dev agency with a long, expensive discovery phase.

How I do it

AI agents write production code reviewed by an engineer who owns the outcome. MVPs in weeks, and working software every fortnight.

The economics of custom software collapsed in the right direction. What used to take a dev shop months now ships much faster, not by cutting corners, but because agents write the boilerplate and the engineering attention goes where it matters: architecture, correctness, and the business logic only you have.

The proof is in production. The booking platform shown below runs a real business every day: calendar, payments, ops automation.

Real software, real ownership.

From portals to platforms, shipped production-grade.

Web applications

Client portals, internal tools, dashboards, browser-based software shaped to your exact workflow.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and analytics, built to scale from the first customer.

Mobile apps

Cross-platform builds with React Native, or PWAs when the app store adds nothing, one codebase, every device.

AI integrations

Chat, generation, intelligent search and automation wired into new or existing products: AI where it earns its keep, not where it demos well.

Booking & payments

Scheduling, quoting and payment flows that run a service business end to end, the category we know deepest.

Ongoing evolution

After launch, optional retainers cover features, monitoring and scale as the product grows.

How it works

1

Define the smallest version that works.

The MVP is scoped around the workflow that matters most. Everything else goes on the roadmap, not in the first build.

2

Working software every fortnight.

Agents build, the engineer reviews, you see real features on a real URL every two weeks. No six-month silence.

3

Test like it's already in production.

Auth, payments, data integrity and edge cases tested before launch, boring rigour is what separates products from prototypes.

4

Launch, hand over, keep building.

Deployed with monitoring wired. We stay on for the evolution if you want us.

Common questions about app builds

How long does a custom app take?

It depends on scope, and you get a real timeline at scoping. You see working software every fortnight from the first sprint, so progress is visible, not promised.

What technologies do you use?

React and Next.js frontends, Node backends, PostgreSQL data, with Claude and OpenAI APIs for AI features, running on serverless infrastructure. Modern, proven, and maintainable by any competent engineer after us.

Can you add AI to an existing app?

Yes, chat assistants, document intelligence, smart search and workflow automation get integrated into existing codebases regularly. We audit your stack first and recommend the highest-leverage entry point.

Native mobile or cross-platform?

Cross-platform with React Native for most cases, native performance, one codebase. Where a PWA covers the need without app-store overhead, we'll say so and save you the difference.

What happens after launch?

Optional retainers cover features, monitoring and scaling as the product grows. Software is never 'done', and the next steps are agreed with you.

Do I own the code?

Ownership of the code and the accounts is set out in the proposal before work starts, so you know exactly what is yours.
